   As a school we have been using the School Cloud Parents Evening system for a number of years for organising bookings and, more recently during lockdown, for Video Appointments. The system has been perfect for us and we have had nothing but positive feedback from both staff and parents. We have now also recently started using the system within our Admissions process to great effect!

   A truly shocking system. For both my children's parent's evenings, this system just didn't work. It constantly crashed and was a complete waste of time. If I could I would give it no stars. Avoid.

   We have been using the SchoolCloud parents' evening system at our school (Kindergarten to Y13, based in the UK) since September 2020. The system integrates easily with SIMs and is easy to administer. It is straightforward to use and we rolled it out to parents and teachers with very little training. Feedback has been very positive, with many parents commenting that this is better than physical parents' evenings (presumably because they don't have to dash out of work, arrange child care etc). Online support is also very quick - I've never waited more than 2 hours.
