I have been on the open day at the academy today. Wasn't impressed unfortunately, from the location to organisation mostly concerned on business and profit instead of giving chances to aspiring performers of the future. They are full of inspiring talk and facts with promises they probably wouldn't keep at the end. As I could see, it's designed mostly for young men and women not older than 25 with financially well situated parents. People like me, even with over 20 years of stage and music performance experience, don't stand a chance. Especially if you are mainly interested in upgrading your skill as actor and singer. If you want to be a dance performer and have 11.000 £ a year... This is something for you.

Dear MPAA Team, As parents of a recently graduated student, we are writing to extend our deepest thanks to everyone at MPAA for the outstanding support, professionalism, and care shown throughout our son’s journey—especially as he made the significant transition of moving away from home and relocating to a new country to pursue his training. From the moment we first engaged with MPAA, we have been continually impressed by the quality of communication, the dedication of the staff, and the truly student-centered environment you provide. As parents, entrusting our child’s education and wellbeing to a college abroad was a big decision—but MPAA made that choice feel not only safe, but entirely right. We are especially grateful for the way MPAA went above and beyond to get our son into the third year of his degree program. This was by no means an easy process, but the college showed an incredible level of commitment, care, and determination to make it happen. Their willingness to assess his prior learning and advocate for his progression is something we will never forget. While our son is a young adult, it has still been incredibly reassuring to know that MPAA has become a home away from home for him. From day one, he has been made to feel welcome, valued, and part of the MPAA family. As parents, this brought us great comfort and relief, knowing that he was not only receiving top-tier training but also being supported in an environment that genuinely cares for his wellbeing. Since joining MPAA, our son has thrived—thanks to the exceptional standard of training, the inspiring teachers, and the constant encouragement and care he receives. It is clear that MPAA not only focuses on producing talented, well-trained performers, but also on nurturing confident, healthy individuals. We would wholeheartedly recommend MPAA to any parent considering this path for their child. The level of professionalism, compassion, and excellence we have experienced is second to none. Mr and Mrs Lavelle

I’ve been connected to MPAA since its inception, and have seen it grow from strength to strength. With leading professionals this is a first class educational institution. Not only that it’s a safe and enjoyable place to learn. Looking from the outside in, you can see the students enjoy every aspect that the academy has to offer.

My daughter attends MPAA (BA (hons)in musical theatre 1st year). She has settled in and appears to be very well supported by staff and made some amazing friends in her peers. She is thoroughly enjoying the professional training she is receiving and due to the small classes, feels the professionals give more attentive training. We have just been to see her in the summer show…. WOW!! the students were amazing, they all appeared to enjoy performing and the individual numbers were first class. So very difficult to choose a favourite performance. The staff must be so proud of the high quality performances their influences obtain, presented in a lovely theatre in London. Big up MPAA!! 5* and looking forward to the next show.

My Daughter has just graduated from MPAA and has had a fantastic experience. The academy is small and friendly and the students become a family during their time there. The opportunities that arise during the course are fantastic with lots of industry exposure and even a trip to NYC . The teachers come from varying performing arts backgrounds and strive to bring out the best in all students and push them out of their comfort zones. As a parent I felt comforted that each and every student was seen and their welfare looked after. Thank you MPAA
