The trainer is such a wonderful person in giving the best way to explain procedures on rendering first aid in any incident and practical analysis on it,I am glad I am present during the training.

CCG I personally asked her for a feedback but she directed me to this review and quite sadly not the official effective company feedback form where I can commend her clarity, balance approach, timeliness, follow-up and support. Would love to have her permanently as our trainig and development manager!
Great class! Strategic Thinking is a good place to learn anything about care. Justin is great trainer, I particularly like his sense of humour and how he uses illustrations to drive the point home. I highly recommend their services.
