   Very quiet, so plenty of seating was available, and it was clean and tidy. Service was fast and friendly. Ordered a flat white, which had an odd taste, so I didn't finish it. Was unable to redeem my free drink on the Costa Card as it's a franchise, which was a little disappointing as well. It's at the entrance to the cinema so I imagine it can get very busy at certain times.

   Today I was at this place with my family and I had horrible service with many errors in my order, without mention the service that was the worst I've ever had. The employees' attitude were the worst possible without any respect for their customer. I'm particularly talking about this branch because normally Costa cafe is very good for me.

   Standard Costa food and drink. Great group of staff who were kind and helpful when I visited. They have a customer toilet downstairs/lift which was helpful. It is located in a large atrium space so it felt more safe than a smaller cafe and somewhere safer to sit and shelter until the rain stopped and I could go to outdoor places.

   Good Costa. Friendly polite staff. Always take out for me, so can't comment on the location. One of the many coffees I had there didn't taste right, I mentioned it about 3 days later they said they might of burnt the beans and gave me two free coffees (they didn't know me as a regular by the way)... Can't ask for more.

   I had a lovely time today in this costa coffee after a day out in the lovely city of Bath. Coffee was great and the stuff was exquisitely friendly and welcoming. In particular I was welcomed by the Italian manager that was also incredibly helpful when I asked for advice on what to do and where to go in the city.

1. Abigail Ward (Raspberry Mage) ★☆☆☆☆

   I was served by Luciano today and I was again dissapointed with his service. Unlike the other Barista's Luciano has a terrible attitude and I have seen him on several occasions berate other members of staff in the customer eyeline, aggressively flirt with individuals and raise his voice to both customers and staff. My experience with your Coffee Shop would be five stars if not for this atrocious individuals actions.
