The service from City Florist is outstanding. Both times I have ordered via email from America to order flowers to be hand delivered to my mum in the UK. Each time a beautifully and thoughtfully arranged bouquet has been hand-delivered to my mum along with a hand written card with my message written in it. My mum has been really impressed with the flowers both times and shared that they lasted a long time. The prices are also super reasonable for the standard and quality of the flowers and the service you receive. Fiona took the time to discuss my requests over numerous emails both times, working with me to meet two very different orders. Thanks for your help in making special occasions more special.
I had the pleasure of using City Florists today via a phone call as l don't live in the area. Having emailed with my request, within 5mins a response from a sweet lady by the name of Fiona was received. We spoke of my requirements, with ease it was all sorted. Thank you and albeit I'm in Kidderminster & not in Runcorn, l can recommend this company for sure.
Cannot thank City Florist enough for their kindness, help, patience and professionalism when sorting flowers for my beautiful Nanas funeral. They listened to all the small details we had and also the designs and they were all simply stunning, such fitting displays for my special Nana. I would not hesitate to use them again and they took the stress away of organising the flowers at what was a horrible time for my family. Thank you for your service! After an awful delivery and presentation of flowers from moonpig.com for mother's day a few weeks back. It never occurred to me to use a local florist and I am very glad I did. City florist's arrangement for my mother's birthday today were beautiful and delivered with care! The best place i have EVER been for flowers! I will not use anywhere else as the flowers are done in such a personal way tailoring to the needs of the occasion. The staff and management are always kind,helpful,polite and ready on hand for any advice or help. I have used city florist for many years now both personally and for work purposes,they are always above and beyond with their customer services and maintain high standards for their presentation and deliverance.
