   I recently ordered funeral flowers for my late husband from Presentation after being absolutely delighted with 3 previous similar orders. I was not disappointed. Fred and his daughter where respectful, helpful, compassionate and understanding as always. I would never go to any other florist. Their arrangements where beautifully presented, tasteful and reasonably priced. I would recommend Presentation to anyone wanting superior floral tributes above all others. Thank you for being there.    Excellent service and beautiful flowers, at a reasonable price. I was nervous, as I was ordering the funeral posy over the phone, but I needn't have been.When I saw them at the Crematorium they were just as I had requested, and more! They were beautiful. Highly recommended.

   Never have i been sent away from a shop so upset in my life. I went in to ask about getting flowers for my nanna’s funeral.i felt so unwelcome, i explained why i wanted to buy the flowers from there as it had a sentimental story behind to only be told i was ‘trying something’ and guilt tripped to make them be able to fit my flowers in. I was also told ‘telling that story is cruel’ before i even knew if they had availability or not for that date. The man is the shop literally sighed in my face when i told him the date of my nans funeral. They didn’t even apologise that they had no availability or even say goodbye they just shook there heads. Our hearts are broken by my nans passing and i have never felt so upset and unwelcome at this sad time. This experience has ruined what we thought was a lovely place that had sentimental value to our family.
