   As a student who went here for over 5 years straight, all I can say is very mid. The staff are okay, however can be very judgey. One of the upper staff would call me names, be shouty at me with no reason or made fun of my outfits (which shouldn't have been one of their concerns considering my outfits werent inappropriate at all and I was only 10/11 years old). Also, there is clear favouritism within the students. I read a response to one of your reviews saying that Bodens don't contain any favouritism, but they clearly do. If one student has higher acting skills than one other, staff would normally focus on giving the skilled student more dominant roles within a play or just paying more attention to them in general, whilst not focusing on helping build skill on the lower student (I myself experienced this as someone with not so great acting skills). The staff could be harsh at times, or even just straight up rude without reason, but despite that they could have been worse. Overall, I do think that it offers a good amount of teaching for a fair price, and the shows can be engaging, but theres always room for improvement.

   My son has been attending Bodens for a few months and is completely hooked. He started with just the acting classes and has moved on to adding the combined Saturday acting/singing/dancing, attending twice a week. It is greatly helping his self-confidence and creativity, and has inspired him to win the position of Performing Arts rep for his school year group. He also attended the summer film course which was amazing value for five days of shooting with a fantastic quality final product, complete with premiere at the local cinema. This was brilliant for giving the kids a chance to see themselves on screen and more readily visualise a career in drama. I cannot speak highly enough about Adam, Katie, Matt and everyone associated with the school - brilliant staff and friendly atmosphere. We feel very lucky to have Bodens just down the road from us!

   Bodens has been one of the amazing schools with virtual lessons. The planned sessions have run smoothly and my child enjoyed it , everything was very well organised. Ofcourse missing the face to face and glad to know the sessions are starting this Saturday. Katie & your team well done.... lockdown was manageable for my child because the team at Bodens kept the children busy with all the fun in the performances.

   Katie and her team at Bodens have been extra amazing during the lockdown. They continued with the great work and getting the children to be engaged with their tasks and activities. It was really nice that children were able to access the creative side during this trying time. Thank you to everyone at Bodens for your continued dedication, love and hard work.

   I have been attending bodens for about five years now and in those five years I have learnt so many new skills. I currently attend their Saturday morning combined musical theatre classes from 10am-1pm and their tap dance classes on Mondays from 5pm-5:45pm. I also take part in Trinity musical theatre exams which I am very lucky and grateful to do. Bodens has given me many opportunities and taught me many things that I will use in everyday life and in the future. Being a student at bodens has helped my confidence grow massively. They never fail to produce incredible shows where every student is involved and having fun. All members of staff are lovely and are always nice . They encourage us to take risks in theatre and help us understand what life is like in the theatre industry. Not only are the staff kind, but the students are too; they are all very welcoming to new people and are always open to making new friends. I have really enjoyed every moment during my time at bodens so far, and I think other young people should get to experience this too.

   I have been attending Bodens for the last 10 years. With their excellent training I have developed my performing skills which have enabled me to work professionally on television and film. With regular performances we are able to challenge and stretch ourselves and expand our knowledge and performance skills. We learn and develop our craft through the exploration of all types of theatre therefore enabling us to have a depth of knowledge that will push us further if we choose to go into the industry. The atmosphere is fantastic and the support that tutors give students is unconditional. Due to the fantastic training I received in my weekly part-time lessons it was an easy choice for me to join the Bodens Full-Time College which I knew would put me in a better place for the career I wish to pursue. Furthermore, receiving the Level 3 Extended Diploma in performing arts, I obtained the equivalent to three A grades at A-Level which will undoubtedly prove valuable later on in life.
