I cant recommend Simon highly enough. His grounded, compassionate , no nonsense approach helped me through an intensely stressful time at work. I genuinely thought I would spontaneously combust at that time, and his guidance in managing this stress was invaluable. I also worked with Simon as I retired from the stressful, purposeful job, and navigated not working. While retirement sounds idyllic, I found it not to be without its challenges, and was glad to have an empathetic wing man to help me look in depth at my values and help me make the best of this new life chapter. Like the Yellow Pages, Simon has not just been with me for the nasty things in life, but has helped me cultivate a life I don't need a holiday for.

Working with Simon over the past few months has been a great experience, he has helped me work through many of the issues I came to him with, in a straight forwards and practical way which is exactly what I was looking for. We quickly established a great relationship and I felt at ease right from the start. He is very personable and I would not hesitate to contact him again in the future.

I reached out to Simon over a year ago as I was at rock bottom with my mental health after losing my dad in 2022 and struggling with a stressful job. I can’t thank Simon enough for guiding me through my healing journey and helping me understand the deep rooted negative beliefs that were causing the anxiety. Simon and I instantly clicked as he’s a genuine, likeable person who is passionate about what he does. Simon provides a safe space where you can talk about anything and feel heard and understood. I am confident now that I can get through life struggles with the tools he has provided me and i’ll forever be grateful! If you are currently struggling with your mental health, I wouldn’t think twice about reaching out to Simon! Thank you!

My journey with Simon has been really comforting and rewarding. Further than this it's been personable and in no way felt 'clinical'. That has been the stand out for me that I felt like I spoke to a friend who cared. Simons knowledge and approach is one that is gentle but empowering; allowing you to understand the science and guide you to build in behaviours and goals that push you forward. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

I started working with Simon in Oct 2021 and I can confidently say this was one of the most pivotal decisions I have made to improve my life. At the time I was very isolated, scared, I had an extremely negative view of myself, and I didn't know how I could fix it. Simon is a very likeable person. I connected with his style of humour and I felt very comfortable during our sessions. Particularly, when I opened up about my most difficult thoughts. During our time together, he helped me build the ability to tackle my negative beliefs and helped me to gain confidence to bring to every aspect of my life. This has allowed me to explore and discover myself in ways that, without his help, I might never have done. I am in a much happier place now. I have the tools and practice to continue building as a person and I am exceptionally thankful for his help. I cannot recommend Simon enough!

I honestly can not speak highly enough of Simon. I was very lucky to meet him at one of the most difficult times of my life. I was suffering from a health anxiety along with general anxiety which was affecting my everyday life and work. I struggled to understand what was happening to me at the time and felt very lost and scared. Simon helped me to quickly identify particular problems which led me to feel this way and we were able to start to work on it right away. Through his kindness and humour he has created a comforting and trusting place for me to speak openly and explore myself. I was very impressed by his counselling techniques and strategies which were based on a scientific approach. I always felt that there was a specific plan made for each session and a follow up at a later stage to check if we were heading in the right direction. We have worked through my negative thoughts and beliefs that had plagued me for a long time. Simon then helped me to build up my self esteem, be kinder to myself what allowed me to grow and see myself in more a positive way. When we finished therapy I left stronger as a person and simply happier than I was ever before. I feel that I can handle stressful situations much better and have control of my emotions and life in general again. Along all that my sleep pattern improved significantly what also helps me function better. So yes, I would highly recommend Simon :-)

Very positive experience with someone concerned with acheiving the best outcome for yourself and making sure to check in at relevent points to check how you're feeling about progress and what to do etc. Always a bonus to have someone like Simon who is a genuinely nice guy as it can feel easier to communicate with someone who expresses empathy and clearly is an actual person whilst maintaining top professionalism. CBT is a tricky thing to go in for but with patience and commitment from yourself, Simon will help you get to where you want to be.

Simon is incredibly patient and helpful. He helped me reframe my negative thoughts and helped me gain the confidence to move out of my comfort zone. He also always had an end point in mind, and never tried to drag our meetings out longer for the sake of more money. Would highly recommend
