   The lady who runs this florists is so lovely and thoughtful. She made us the perfect bespoke holly Christmas wreath for our door. It was ready the next day and very reasonably priced. We have used this florist before and will definitely remain our go-to florist shop. We totally recommend this shop.

   Today I had to buy some floristry ribbon for a funeral arrangement I was making for a friend. I went to Holly's and the lady was such a lovely person. She had a nice chat with me and was do helpful. What a lovely cosy little shop she has aswell with such a variety to cater for every taste. I will definitely recommend this florist to everyone x

   I recieved a bouquet from Hollies from the girls at work to cheer me up when i was off sick, they wete delivered between 5&6 on the Thursday evening, i didn't take them in or i would have said something at the time, it was a mixed bouquet, containing lillies roses and other flowers i am not familiar with the name, the lillies were already showing signs of shedding, petals shrivelled up and roses drooping, they were deliveted as a tied bouquet in a box, there dudn't seem to be much water in it so i immediately put some in to try to revive them, this was in the middle of the little heatwave we were having so i just put it down to that, however the flowers didn't revive and by the monday all the flowers were dead. I rang Hollies as i was unhappy that the girls had spent their hard earned money on such poor quality flowers (even supermarket flowers are guarunteed for 5 days) there was no answer so i left a message explaining the reason for my call in the hope that someone would ring me back and at least appologise that the flowers were of sub standard, however, this didn't happen which could only lead me to the conclusion that they really didn't care, they had had their money and that was that. Would i recomend them? Not a hope

   Today, I had the sad task of arranging a sympathy candle decoration to be sent to family in St Helens. The search engine brought up Hollys Florist and I couldn't have asked for a better service. The helpful lady, Sue, was a godsend - really pleasant and knowledgeable, listening to my requirements and making some wonderful suggestions. In addition, Sue arranged for delivery today and trusted me with an Internet payment. I would fully recommend this florist and the superb service.

   Needed some flowers quickly and phoned to check opening times. The lady I spoke to could not have been more helpful. My daughter was going to pick the flowers up and the lady said she would have them waiting for her and would watch out for her as parking was not very good. My daughter arrived at the shop shortly after I phoned and the lady ran outside with the flowers so my daughter did not have to worry about parking. Perfect customer service, beautiful flowers and I will definately recommend and use Holly's Florist again. :))))
