   This year I reached out to Gemma to explore therapy to help me have a safe space to work through low point for me. I can’t recommend Gemma highly enough she created a space to really understand myself better, to work through some meaty topics and I finished our time together more self aware, more concious of myself and my reactions and more at peace. I now recognise so much more about my journey who I am and how I am. Gemma asked supportive yet challenging questions, helped me set real goals throughout our time and work hard towards them.    I have had a hypnotherapy, EFT and EDMR with Gemma to help me deal with some challenging emotions. Gemma was excellent at helping me determine what to focus on and then guided me through the therapies in a gentle and caring manner. I felt so much clearer following treatment and had a few realisations during the days following too. I am keen to have more sessions with Gemma. If this is what she can help me achieve in just one session I am excited to see what a course of treatments can do! Highly recommend.

   I've been using Clear Water Therapy for a while now, and am really impressed with the service. Gemma makes you feel at ease straight away, she has a calming voice, that guides you deeper into your hypnotherapy experience. I feel fully relaxed, warm and safe in Gemma's session. Gemma's got a gift and has been helping me reduce the amount of headaches I get. I also hope to have more sessions on comfort eating. Fully recommend this service.
