   I purchase loose flowers (for myself) on Tue am, and I paid £25, they looked lovely. However by Friday the roses petals were all on the table, and the green filler flowers are looking sad. The flowers were kept on the hall table which is cooler than the rest of the house and away from direct sunlight. I expected something more than supermarket flowers, however I think I will give Eden a miss next time and go to M&S!!

   Ordered a posy for the death of my mums anniversary and asked for it to be bright and vibrant and for a am delivery. The lady turned up at 11am with a bunch of flowers that were beautiful and vibrant but not what I'd ordered so she rang the shop who said they would make me a new one straight away and she would be back before 1pm when I needed to leave. Within half an hour she was back but the posy she came with was pale colours and nowhere near as beautiful as the bunch, but because time was a bit tight I accepted I then had to go and buy 2 more bunches of flowers to add into the posey to try & make it a bit vibrant. Great service but was really disappointed in the posy which I'd paid alot of money for for what arrived.

   ordered flowers at a very short notice for my girlfriend and I had an incredible bunch of flowers at the front door within two hours! great customer service on the phone and great valve for money too! 100% recommending to friends and family and will definitely be using them again!!!
