Very disappointed with my Mother’s Day flowers. There was so many green twigs and just three roses a few tulips that were really drooping and had to be cut down as they wouldn’t stay upright. I rearranged them and they didn’t look too bad when I’d finished. I expect they cost a fortune for my daughter to send as she lives in Spain.

I was recommended Flower Power by a helpful and knowledgeable florist in Buckley. When I rang Flower Power to ask a few simple questions before placing my order I spoke to a very unhelpful, rude and dismissive lady. Needless to say I have placed my order elsewhere!
I was very, very disappointed in a wreath that I ordered from Flower Power in Wrexham for my cousin’s husband’s funeral on December 12th, 2017. I had requested the deceased favourite colours for his wreath, blue and yellow, but the wreath consisted of mostly WHITE carnations! There were some yellow roses, but the small WHITE rose buds and a few tiny, dull looking blue flowers got lost in amongst the WHITE carnations. I paid a decent amount of money for this wreath and it was a big disappointment to me. I will not be ordering from this florist in future. It is the first time that I have made a request for a certain colour of flowers, that my request was NOT honoured. Very, very disappointing!
I had provisionally booked my wedding flowers from here until a couple of months before the wedding she stopped returning my calls and attempts to pay deposit. No explanation. If you didn't want the booking why give me prices, discuss details and then ghost me!
