Booked my son up for 6 days football camp. The week beforehand he broke his wrist. Contacted 121 who said they'd refund my money. They never did and from then you couldn't contact them. Don't trust these guys. Shame as my children had been going to their camps for years.
We won a voucher in a local raffle for 4 free sessions. It wasn’t possible to book online so I emailed to arrange them. It took 6 weeks to even respond to my first email. I then tried to nail down some dates but by the time they responded again ( yet many many more weeks) the dates I suggested had passed. Eventually I thought we had agreed on the first date out of 4 sessions and turned up. The young coach who was there knew nothing about my son. He tried to be very helpful but he had clearly been put on the spot and was left unsupported to deal with it. If you don’t plan to honour the vouchers, just don’t offer them in the first place please. They have left a very disappointed boy and wasted a lot of my time. And when I emailed with feedback of this whole process they just blanked the email and have never responded to it. I won’t be using again despite the fact that the actual coaching may be good
I started my son at 121 Sports Coaching just over a year ago as I felt he could benefit with more focused training outwith his weekly football team sessions. In that time his overall skills and confidence have improved dramatically and enabled him to become the youngest player to be picked for his school football team. The environment created by the coaches at 121 is friendly, professional, structured to the players but overall fun for them also. I can't recommend them enough.
121 sports coaching is hands down the best coaching experience for any level whether it be a new start or someone looking to gain more experience, my son in 6 and had a keen interest in football but no training now with the help of 121 sports coaching he performs at such a high standard and his level of improvement increases each and every week along with his confidence thanks to his amazing coach Stephen and the coaches who support him, the coaches are so much more than you average football coaches, building a connection and have a genuine interest in my son and his well being. The training and standard of the coaches is beyond compare, definitely gives my son the feeling of being professional and enjoyment in his success. Simply there is no other way I would have my son anywhere else. Thank you 121 sports coaching.
