I rang to order 2 ‘name’ flower displays for my sister’s funeral. They were beautiful and everyone commented on them. The girl I spoke to on the phone was lovely and the flowers were delivered to Cravens on time as promised. I would definitely recommend them to people and also use them again. Thank you

Love this little shop in the village! The only place il buy flowers from - always look amazing, can ask for them to be personalised with added extras depending on who they are a gift for and the staff will always advise on where’s best to keep them so that they’ll last longer! Flowers didnt even last 1 day. Paid £50 for flowers on friday. The assistant assured me they were freshly made that day and would be fine for the saturday as they were in water. I kept them in a cool room. On the saturday both the sunflower and roses had wilted.some of the leaves had turned brown on others. I felt so embarassed giving them to my friend. I had to appologise for the state of them. I would not recommend this shop as you dont know how long the flowers have been sitting there. Very dissapointed.
