Absolutely STUNNING studio! I drive from Glasgow to Edinburgh once or twice a week to attend this studio… everything about it is spot on! The instructors, the studio space, the lighting, the poles, class content…, SUPERB!!!! Can’t recommend enough!!!
I started pole at pole physique 6 months ago and can honestly say I’ve fallen in love with both pole and this studio! I have been to classes with Zoe, Jasmine Han, Amy, Tiny G, Hannah and Red and I come away from the studio feeling I’ve learned a lot from them and that I have improved. Each one of them has such friendly, positive and encouraging attitudes and they are very knowledgeable and seriously know their stuff! This makes every class enjoyable and fun. I would highly recommend anyone trying out pole here - it makes it even better the studio space is gorgeous!
I've been a student at Pole Physique for over two years now and I love it! Zoe is a really friendly and welcoming instructor who clearly cares very deeply about the studio and her students. The range of classes and instructors means there is something for everyone! As someone who loves dancing, I regularly attend Thursday choreo with Zoe, and Sunday Sinners with Tiny G which I can't recommend enough. I recently decided to return to tricks and have had two classes with Jasmine who brings AMAZING energy to the class, both classes I left completely exhausted - it was a real workout! - but feeling strong and really happy with my progress! Jasmine does a great job at making the class fun, but also the right amount of challenging.
This has been the best pole dance class experience I've had in a while. Zoe was patient and encouraging. She was able to tailor to different levels and needs of the class. You can tell the space cares about being an inclusive space that feels safe. I've been to pole studios where there is no consideration of the use of phones and recordings and I find it uncomfortable when folks record in such an intimate environment without checking in with their pole neighbors. Zoe did a good job in encourage us to document our moves while also checking in with each other to ensure we weren't showing up in each others videos. Highly recommend the Afternoon class.
Amazing pole studio. I came for a private class with my mum, to try out wether I would be interested in pole, and learn some basics. Our teacher Zoe was lovely, super helpful, we felt comfortable the whole time and it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend Pole Physique!!
Love Pole Physique! Been going to the beginner pole classes with Zoe and Jen both great teachers! Everyone is very welcoming and there are lots of options for progression
I love pole physique and the range of classes offered, as well as the different teaching styles of the instructors - there is something for everyone at every level. I'm a choreo girl, so it's great that there are different styles of dance and flow classes available! As a bonus, everyone I've met through the studio has been lovely, and I always feel really supported by both the instructors and other students.
Amazing studio to train at, high poles and amazing instructors. Variety of classes to suit you own style and to Try a new one. Not only has going to class build my confidence but i have met some lovely people!
