My daughter likes it and it makes her more confident, but the refund policy if you book in blocks of 10 sessions and you don’t want to proceed with the next term is non existent - you just loose your money if you do not plan to attend anymore (you get “the store credit”) To be clear: Chloe and Lidia are great - we give them 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The problem is with the company itself - it gets 0 stars - it is almost 2 months till next term and they say they are not able to issue a refund.
