Kelley was fantastic from the moment I walked into the shop! She was warm, friendly and attentive! I was a little last minute in ordering a bridal bouquet and buttonhole for our legal wedding in Gretna, having been distracted with organising our main event in Portugal! Kelley managed to hide the horror on her face when I turned up to the shop 2 days before we were due to travel! She took the time to listen to what I liked and disliked, the colours and the style I was looking for. She even double checked with me before ordering the flowers especially for me. On the day of pick up I was greeted with a lovely smile and the flowers were absolutely perfect, Kelley even helped me to the car with them! After the event they even lasted longer than I expected!
