Went in today was behind a customer when they left I was ignored and telephone was answered. Walked out coz I should of been priority but wasn't ignorant man answered phone instead of real customer won't get business off me no more

I’ve used this florist for some years now. I always receive great service and they do beautiful fresh flowers that last well. I had a small issue with my Mother’s Day flowers which was quickly and very generously rectified. My favourite florist.
A beautiful welsh flag floral tribute for my dad's funeral. Amazing detail to the design and so carefully arranged. We had many comments on how incredible it looked.
Beautiful floral arrangements for my beautiful Mum. My flowers exceeded my expectations and as requested, the tribute included vivid colours and freesias (my Mum's wedding flowers contained the same) and no carnations. The 'Mum' and 'Nan' flowers were my sister's and brother's and nephews' and niece's respectively. I thought they were very tastefully done. The cost, though not a consideration, was none the less very reasonable. I highly recommend this florist.
Was going to buy online( next flowers) and I am so glad I didn't. Rang up Saturday lunchtime and they have been delivered within 2 hours. Flowers are beautiful and much better quality than what I would have got online. Happy to use a local business and would definitely use again!
Phoned up on Valentine's Day afternoon last minute to order a bunch of flowers for delivery for £20, the man was lovely and the most beautiful bouquet of flowers was delivered less than an hour later. The flowers even had a heart decoration included and looked a lot more expensive than they were ! Brilliant :)
