Superb service, I am based in London and rang on the off chance to get some flowers delivered to a colleague In port sunlight today. Placed my order at 9:45 and the flowers were delivered within 2 hours! Can sometimes be wary about florist and how the flowers might turn up to the person on the other end but they looked amazing! Very happy with the all round service. I come to Liverpool at least 3 times a year and will definitely be using them again! - thank you!
We were so pleased with the the casket spray and mum wreath we orderd for our mums funeral i would recommend gails florist again. The young man i spoke to when ordering my mums flowers was so helpful and friendly thank you for for a beautiful display.
I ordered a spray for my Grandads coffin. It was absolutely beautiful and fantastic price-wise. Ordered by phone and delivered directly to the Co-op funeral parlour on Argyle Street without a hitch. Would certainly return for ANY occasion where flowers are needed plus i would recommend to give them a try ( i have been let down before by a local florist:- a flowered name for my Nan’s funeral, totally irreversible ). I've ordered flowers from here twice - once at Christmas and then for my Mums birthday last month. The flower arrangements were lovely both times and in the colours I'd asked for. They lasted quite a long time as they were set in an oasis, so they were well worth the money.
My mum goes this shop every single year for flowers for my brothers grave. Never been an issue until today. Christmas eve picking up flowers not what we asked for was cream coloured flowers and half flowers was dead! I explained we asked for blue & white roses as usual. However on the day of ordering it was explained that they struggle to get the blue roses in so myself and my sister who was with me at the time said thats okay we undertand but could they just add extra blue bits in and that was agreed All staff that work their are always lovely and helpful. I took myself down today after picking uo flowers because we wasnt happy and got to speak to Gail I take it the lady who owns the shop she was point blank rude from the minute I explained the issue. And refused to do anything. Rude rude women such a shame because all the other staff are lovely. Just lost herself a customer
We ordered from this lovely shop online for Mother's Day and we will definitely be ordering again. The flowers were so beautiful, delivered when requested and so easy to order too. A very happy customer and a very happy mum!
