   Messaged today asking if there was any chance they could sort 2 x Bouquets for people for me as last minute deliveries.. expecting them to say we can sort it next week. Thomas was really friendly, professional and on the ball, sorted them and even delivered them to different ends of Liverpool after he finished work.    My toddler and I popped in for a bit of an unusual brief - wanted a special individual flower each for her mum and her nanny. We spotted a stunning bunch of rainbow petalled roses. I doubted we would be allowed to have 2 separate ones to buy - but the person who served me (Rosie), helped make that happen and then went above and beyond with beautiful wrapping and bow (and even the offer of a message card). A simple small gift became a beautifully thoughtful and eye catching one which really made my wife and mother-in-laws day. It lit up my daughter’s imagination too. So thank you Rosie for your kindness and can-do attitude. Was a fun teamwork vibe inside too among the staff on what would have been a super busy few days for them. Recommended for above and beyond help.

   I ordered some flowers over the phone for delivery. I was so impressed with the effort that went into the suggestions re what they could offer. The feedback from the recipient's daughter has been incredible. The cost was no different to what l play local to me but the service and reported quality of the floral arrangement is superior.    Really disappointed by Laurie. We went to meet with him to book him as our wedding florist as he was recommended by the venue. He was lovely in person and we followed up the next day to confirm we wanted to book him in and asked about paying a deposit. We chased him a few times over a period of 2 months and he ignored us. Would not recommend him and it’s very rude to simply ignore us. If he didn’t want our booking he should have had the courtesy to tell us rather than leave us waiting for him to reply and wasting time.

   We cannot be happier with the flowers we had for our wedding! My bouquet was phenomenal and the flower arch was unbelievable! We couldn’t stop looking at it! It was fantastic! It’s fair to say that all off our guests were fascinated by it! My bridesmaids bouquets lasted for weeks as well. We couldn’t recommend Laurie more even if we tried! Absolutely 5 start service and quality!
