An absolutely horrific service, failing to act with empathy or professionalism. Some very poorly trained staff including the manager, causing further distress to families during an already emotional time. I hugely recommend families avoid use of their services where possible. I rarely leave poor reviews but the Scottish Borders RS service is truly in need of a complete rehaul.
