This was my first visit a d I was very impressed with the whole visit I was made very welcome by the staff and every procedure was explained in detail. Hannah was very professional and friendly and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
I called the practice with concerns about my young daughter. We were seen quickly, and I was really impressed by how professional and welcoming the staff were - Lynne on reception was great. The practice itself is lovely — light, airy, and calming. Dawn was fantastic with my daughter. She put her completely at ease and took the time to clearly explain each procedure, which really helped ease any anxiety. We were even squeezed in for a follow-up review in a few weeks, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a caring and efficient team.
