   Poor, I have policy through them for over 23yrs when I phoned for help on a tax matter I was put through to two advisors, one couldn't help me but said she would get back to me. When I tried to get back to her after a missed call, I left a message to get back to me as she was not at her desk. I did not get a call back on trying to speak to someone else I left a message again to get back to me as she was not at her desk. I did not get a call back. I have now given up trying as I am now not at my desk and I am looking for a new advisor.
