Don’t take their service They charge very high interest and they really bad in case of communication and arrangements
First few loans were complicated. Even though I paid back quickly. But later on was even worse. Don't try to apply. You will ruin your credit rating.
When I had ability to pay a certain amount of the loan I was suggested to put my accoun on hold for the next 30 days I had no problem with it I was told account was on payment plan . the payment was not accepted from my bank resulting in a default on my loan I had funds cause I searched my transaction and how much I had left therefore I don't understand why payment was not processed. I'm now chasing my payment to clarify what happend back then I'm struggling in a very bad way lately and my health is also affected, I have decided not to pay it back any more cause there is not anypoint in having my credit ruined over a coupld of bills and is already on defualt anyway. They act like I never wanted to pay them and I have already suggested them that I could pay an amount back then but no the guy told me to set up payment plant and then only now I see the effect of my credit , I won't pay back a penny do as you wish
I tried to pay my loan off before the 14 days on Saturday and the phone and website was down, I managed to get on to the website in the evening and leave a message. I then phoned back Monday and asked to deduced Sundays and Mondays interest as it’s there fault I couldn’t do it Saturday, it was only £3 but the fact they wouldn’t do it when it’s there fault and for such a small amount proves what type of company they are.
Scammers! I took £1000 loan and gave my direct debit first 2 month they failed to take my money. After that I got Covid and anxiety so I can’t continue my work and explained them everything. Seems they trying to help me. At the same month they put default in my credit file when I call them to pay off my loan then I found this. I’m not gonna run anywhere. But my situation was bad. They never send me a letter or email about the default notice then how can they damage my score.they should send me a legal letter. When the person suffer from disease this is what they did! It’s frustrating! I never got any default in my life. Don’t make anyone foolish
took out o loan to tie me over till payday, got a quick response, and accepted in a timely manner, payment took about 15 mins to reach my account after agreeing the amount and the T&Cs, and with a really bad credit score i was accepted.
I will highly recommend using dot dot loans! I wouldn't normally take out these loans , but due to a family emergence I needed extra cash fast. I applied online uploaded a copy of my pay slip and was approved instantly, with money deposited into my bank account within an hour. Very hassle free. Great customer service. Thanks dot dot .
