   Assertive and based on their agenda. I was told one APR of 24.9 on phone and this went up to an APR 48. During meetings I sapolgised for being defensive as the process was very fast and felt intrusive. I was told that I would be given an hour to go through the process, the lass then went on to carry on explaining she was just doing her job even though we had only an hour to fire through the application. At the end when I explained u wouldn't have wasted her or my own time with an APR so high, she told me she wasn't calling me a liar, but her manager ' who I'd spoke to on the, phone' wouldn't have said that. I finished the meeting and said I have politely said no and given you my reason, she wanted to continue being correct, so I thanked and left. Found the process, both humiliating and pushy, with no focus on being honest or providing customer support. I don't imagine this review will stay up as the reviews are all t star and polished.
