I’ve been dealing with Ben Notarangelo who is personable, professional and is always on hand to answer any questions you may have. In my experience, my first mortgage application was seamless. The second application was slightly trickier but Ben was able to get the application across the line and most importantly, kept in touch. He understood exactly where I had to get to be able to afford the property and always consulted with me throughout the process. I’ve dealt with Ben Notarangelo at this firm for many years, both during his tenure there, and also when he worked for another broker previously. The fact that I followed him, is testament to the quality of service received, and I have recommended Ben to numerous friends. Ben provides a very responsive service, maintains strong relationships with a broad cross section of lenders including the main UK clearers and overall, provides a first class service. There are mortgage brokers around that are cheaper, but you just won’t get the same level of service from a volume player. If you compare the cost to interest payments across the term of the loan, it really is insignificant, and a false economy to go elsewhere. Much like anything else, you get what you pay for when it comes to mortgage brokers! Highly recommended.
