   I felt overwhelmed by the support that Paul Demarco provided to me in securing a mortgage. As a first time buyer, I knew very little about the mortgage and the property purchase process.But Paul explained things so well,had a great deal of knowledge and provided various options. At times Paul went beyond his role and offered some advice on how to approach an offer for property in this high demand market considering we had few rejected offers. The whole mortgage process went quicker than I anticipated.I can't recommend him highly enough.
