I was looking into buying a Buy To Let property via a limited company and Thomas Lamb assured me that it would be possible and that he would help me. When the deal was agreed, suddenly it occurred that the mortgage was issued in my own name instead and Thomas then said to me that it is impossible to get a mortgage on an SPV.
