   Awful company. If your considering being a guarantor, I strongly advise you don't. They have no understanding. I've been a guarantor for my son and until recently he's made every payment on time, but last couple months has struggled with payments. Never missed one just been late in these troubled times.Hes down to the last few hundred of his loan not even a month late and they've opened this morning a direct debit in my bank and taken his payment. They send me messages almost daily pushing me to hassle my son almost on a daily basis and I mean a text/email/letter. Threaten to report to credit agencies at a drop of a hat after a couple of weeks of a late payment and do report. The pressure and harassment they put on a family is Appalling more so in these times everyone is struggling. My advise as a guarantor is don't do it.

   Don’t get a loan here no matter how much you’re struggling. FINALLY! Cleared my agreement off over a year ago after 5 years, my experience was very poor customer service in 5 years I spoke to one decent person who wanted to help (to change my payment date) Comes to January 2023 been cleared from them over a year and all of a sudden I get a letter stating my account is in arrears with them from 2018, and they want X amount of money to be paid. Checked my online account which still says I am fully paid off and the account is settled

   Wanted to set up a repayment, they did expenditure (average costs) and cos of that they couldn't set up, I could afford a certain amount and offered them they declined cos computer says no. My guargour rang me saying amigo are taking money from me. Disgrace of a company. All interest for them. No let up on calls/emails. Lesson learnt. Never use amigo loans.

   Unfortunately couldn't give it 0 stars! But still with them to this day! Pay every months with a starting balance of 4750£ now my balance is 4990£ £160 in interest charges a month! I pay £187 so where does my money go to straight into there pockets! No way to exit this company once starting there! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

   At the time when you’re in desperate need with bad credit you think they are helping you when infact when you really look into it they’re only helping themselves ended up paying back nearly £24000 on a £10000 loan repayments of nearly £400 a month over 5 years in understand interest rates are changed but at almost triple the cost of the loan you took out is disgusting genuinely don’t know how they sleep at night them lending isn’t the issue the interest rates they charge and complete lack of care and help for customers needs that’s the issue here! Left me in arrears with my council tax and other bills as I didn’t Have the means to pay everything and asked them if I can make payment at a later date and all they said was make sure your payments are made or we will need to go to your guarantor Even if the do resume lending steer well clear if you have sense I thankfully finished paying my loan in late 2020 wouldn’t touch them again! Worried paying ppl back will make them go bust ?? Good I hope they do
