We turned up in person and they were helpful. I'd cracked the aluminium bracket for the alternator. Got a new one with no issues.

Absolutely awful experience with this company, no invoice or paperwork supplied with part. Part turned up in poor condition and did not work, I was told to post the item back on the phone by Ellie. 10 phone calls later still no refund. They dont return calls. All in all a truly small minded 'hill billy' set up with zero customer service skills. BEWARE!
