   Had the rudest encounter , even after informing him that I am a foreigner and I was struggling with the English language and couldn’t articulate my explanation clearly , he responded with rudeness. As a person with anxiety , it made me stutter and couldn’t talk clearly. This is not how you treat a person. You could have just declined kindly and not be such horrible about it.

   My partner needed 3 documents notarized, Mike said it was £20 plus VAT per document. He advised us that we probably only needed the one document notarised when we checked he was indeed correct. My partner went in to pick up her document and pay, he ended up charging her £40 plus VAT for the document. When I questioned him as to why the price had changed he simply said "your not the client the client was happy to pay it" and hung up the phone. As to why he chose to deceive my partner for a mere £20 is beyond me, he can certainly do the job, but for me it was just dishonest and didn't sit right with me.
