    disgraceful solicitors! avoid at all cost, the receptionist and lawyers attitudes are shocking and uneeded during what would be difficult times for individuals and their familys, female lawyers were extremely rude and laughing on the phone etc and hanging up then ignoring the office phone asking receptionist was also very rude (female) - communications was appalling and responses were always late or none at all.
