   I engaged this Law firm to handle the sale of my deceased sister's house. I was contacted by Carol who detailed the costs involved. They were cheaper than the Law firm suggested by my Estate Agent. I had read the reviews and did see some poor ones so wondered if their cost reflected this. Not so! I received excellent service from this company and Carol kept me informed whenever they did, or received, anything related to the sale. The transaction was completed in 5 weeks and I received the sale price, less the Estate Agent's fee and their fees (exactly as quoted) within 2 days. Very professional and very good value. No hesitation in recommending this Law practice.
