   Used this solicitor as my ex previously used them. From the first call the man was quite rude. He asked questions and blaming me for not doing what I should in the situation but it wasn’t down to me it was off another agency who told me to get a solisitor involved. Thankfully I got Caitlin as my solisitor and we worked well together she was just a brand new solisitor and I felt when we went to court she didn’t do much talking. I was told I was never going to win my case. I told them you think that but I know I can win so I used this opportunity to speak and my legal aid was taken off me from the other party and solisitor pulled out because I refused to pay them out my own pocket. I attempted to get legal aid and Caitlin told me should need to charge me I shown my back statements that had £22 in my account to last all month and she was wanting a £160 for a letter. So I went to all the court days with no solicitors represented myself and won my case alone. Which was absolutely amazing so if you are involved in family courts I recommend thinking of doing it yourself. I will also point out I got paperwork in the post from this solicitor for someone else and they breeched some man’s data and data of his children I was asked to destroy it via email when I told them what had happened but in all honestly I wish I had contacted the man myself to let him know I knew his business and shouldn’t. Unfortunately I can’t recommended.

   Been around Hamilton Ross most of my life as my late mother was a client (as I am now) and they were always so supportive and got things ironed out as soon as they could. It really has became a second family to me as the staff there have been so lovely. Genuinely couldn’t recommend a better place.

   Don't know what happend to this company , used them for the last 4 years to get documents notarized. However this year I must of called about 15 times only to be spoken to by a receptionist who was no help at all , and all she could do was keep passing my details on . No one ever got bk to me once and never even replied to my emails . Shocking , won't be using them again any time soon . Poor service

   All the staff at Hamilton Ross are lovely and have helped me through this difficult time im having. Kaitlin goes the extra mile for all her clients i highly recommend her as a lawyer, also the reception staff are all very polite and extremely helpfull. Best law firm in airdrie

   Gary Morton is a wonderful solicitor. Very confident in court and goes the extra mile for his clients. I was facing a tough court appearance. Gary was able to put my mind at rest throughout the build up to the case and then he handled it magnificently when in the court room. I could not have asked for a better outcome and a better solicitor. I would highly recommend Gary Morton as a solicitor not just for the legal aspect but also for the way he is able to give you some peace of mind.
