   Untruthfully sales man selling second hand vans. Unable to tell the truth so walk away before he empties your bank account

   Terrible service and threatening behaviour. I was given this contact via a friend. I asked for a quote and went with a cheaper option. I went back to him after the other person messed me about asking if he still wanted the job. He said yes that he would come the next day. The next day I messaged him a few times to make sure he was coming and ti get a time. He ignored each time. He finally answered my call about 4pm and told me he would definitely be there, he had been held up. I phoned him back around 7pm to be told that i was actually bottom of his list as I went and got a cheaper quote then went back to him and that it was only £120 job to him so he will get to me when he gets to me. I decided to tell my friend what had happened and immediately got a call from monster recovery shouting at me down the phone. He told me how dare I tell someone he was messing me about and that he would come and CRUSH MY CAR. Luckily I have this on call record and will be taking it to the authorities. If he was that bothered about me taking a cheaper quote he should have refused service when I went back to him. I dont see tesco refusing my service because I got some bread out of asda for cheaper that same day, ridiculous business practice. Avoid like the plague.

   Absolutely terrible company do not buy vans here. Typical liar's just tell you one thing and do another. From the moment I took delivery the vans not been right and after the first warranty repair only 3 weeks into owning the vehicle it starts playing up on the drive back from there garage Told when I bought it I could take it to a garage of my choice near me for repair then they refuse that and will only take It at there centre 40 min away. 1 week to repair a fuel filter and look into 1st gear trouble and they don't even look at the gears. Told my driver that no-one said anything about the gears but there customers services say that's a lie they discussed it with the technicians. Find a better van dealer as these guys are not worth the 1 star.

   Awful after sales support. They really don’t care about their customers. The truck I bought has never been right. Their garage only managed to make it worse.

   I've now bought 6 x vans over the last 2 years from the Broxburn Van Monster location. I have been very impressed with the excellent customer service provided by Brian Ralston. Nothing is too much hassle for these guys always willing to help. The price and quality of the used vans are also very reasonable. I have recommended this branch to a few of my business associates.
