   Visited the Bath branch on Thursday 6th November and had a really disappointing experience. The site was hard to find, and the staff member on duty was unhelpful and rude from the start. He refused to even look at my van more than a quick glance of the exterior, spoke to me disrespectfully, and accused me of demanding an online price even though i simply asked for him to see what he can offer for it.. Definitely not the level of service I expected from We Buy Any Car.

   The 'office' was an old bar in a corridor at a football club and not very well signposted. It didn't inspire confidence. However, the offer I got was not much less than the website quote so overall I happy with the process. It was quick and easy.
