Mr Alister Murdoch working in firm Murnin McCluskey is seriously unprofessional and unethical lawyer who was assigned to me by Lexelle insurance company to represent me in Housing tribunal court. He tried to make me to settle out of court and when I disagreed as it was not in my best interest, he turned really nasty and had withdrawn his services to me less than 24 hrs before the hearing I had to represent myself. He also called insurance company to stop my funding. This is considered totally unethical and unprofessional behaviour from a solicitor. I would definitely avoid him as vindictive and unprofessional!!
