   So so lazy in my opinion. Takes on overwhelming volumes of works and puts the minimum amount of effort into all of them. I called them requesting a brief update on my case when I was told they don't discuss these things over the phone and that the next appointment would be 2 weeks from tomorrow. I switched to a different lawyer.

   Very poor service. No comunication at all. Not professional approach to customer. They seems to be locked in 80's. I don't really know how this buisness is still exsisting on market. Staff seems to be detached from real world and stuck in their own bubble for last 30-40 years.

   Poor handling of situation, when handing keys over gave short notice to collect them and instead of rearranging a suitable time instructed that time should be taken off work but no more holidays could be given. It seemed they were only interested in the money and for the price paid the services do not reflect the cost

   handled everything terribly. took over 3 and a half months just to buy a house. shocking service; spoke with receptionist who clearly couldn't pass anything on. only cared about money. short-notice with everything - told 2 days before collecting keys that we had to sign papers; we were working and were told to take time off. we could take no more time off, already had to take time off because they only give keys on a friday. horrendous communication. sent an invoice before anything was done. save yourself any aggravation and go elsewhere.
