   I have the best experience with Fielding McLean & Co on two occasions. They provide excellent services at comparatively less price . Staffs are very helpful. Mr Ross responds, acts quickly and provides good advice. I purchased my home very quickly some time ago and now selling using them and missives concluded today in just 4 weeks time.

   looked at a rental property that they manage, and decided to move in. right from the start there were problems with the flat that didn’t get fixed the whole time (eg gap in patio door would let all heat out in winter). the contractors they did send out to look at the problems weren’t very reliable; turning up late and complaining when I had to go out. after less than a year I saw sense and had had enough, but even after this there has been an ongoing dispute with the deposit, which they have refused to give back. I would not recommend this agent for managing your rented property, they really did not do a good job at all. if 0 stars were possible I would have given them it.

   Poor communication from lawyer. Absolutely no reply after contacting three times post sale due to an issue with a property I bought. Completely ignored me, unprofessional and I’m sure unethical. I should have listened to my gut when I appointed them. I will be complaining to appropriate people about it as I’ve been left in a difficult position, costing me money when it could have been addressed if the solicitor did what he should have. I’m so upset . Just as bad as some of the builders who have ripped me off so I must have ‘idiot’ written on my forehead. Avoid!!!

   I was very impressed by the service offered by the ladies & gents at Fielding McLean. I was selling my house in Knightswood & I contacted several big named estate agents, but all of them couldn't have seemed less interested. I phoned & spoke to Carla who arranged for Deryk to come out to the house to value it, and explain how the whole process worked. My house was on the market in less than a week, people were viewing it immediately & offers were received quickly. Overall my house was sold & vacated by me in less than 2 months after I 1st contacted Carla. I was kept up to date frequently during the whole process. For anyone looking to sell in the G13 postcode area, then I cannot recommend Fielding McLean enough.

   I have updated my review as this is now the 2nd time I have used FM for conveyancing. I also used the estate agency service this time and was not disappointed. Property sold very quickly and for a good price. I was kept up to date throughout the entire process, the girls were amazing as was Ross, again! Would definitely use for any future service I may need. I used Fielding McLean for conveyancing. They were absolutely amazing. Very professional, kept me fully informed, and dealt with a difficult solicitor on the other side perfectly. This was all done during lockdown whilst the Registers of Scotland closed, then reopened using a new system but this was no problem for Ross fielding who took everything in his stride and dealt with my sale and purchase efficiently, kept me reassured at all times and I moved into my new home during lockdown . I will be using them again for any future services that I might need. So happy and grateful and I can't praise them enough. Thank you Ross.

   Possibly the worst 'Letting Agents' in Glasgow by a long way (which says something) - operating out of some former run-down and dilapidated Bank building from the 70/80s way-out on Great Western Rd - they are likely to offer prospective Tenants and Landlords no favours what so ever. They seem to be poorly equipped to be a Letting Agent and have apparently no idea how to manage property - Avoid them at all costs would be my opinion on being a former (suffering) customer...

   I was recommended to use Fielding Mclean & Co by a friend who used their services. I am absolutely delighted with the professionalism, the quick service and above all making me feel at ease. It was my first property so I was slightly anxious, however Ross and Teresa explained in detail the full process and always kept me updated. I will certainly be recommeding them to others.
