Difficult to reach staff on the phone at certain points but this is understandable with how busy they are - a call back would always be arranged.    After selling a house through Strefford Tulips I returned as a purchaser. From start to finish the team were amazing, it was not a straight forward sale however, their communication was great.    I highly recommend Strefford Tulips. They were recommended to me by my mortgage broker when purchasing my first home and I'm so glad they were. They were very supportive and happy to explain things as needed. The cost was also very reasonable. Despite the purchase taking months longer than anticipated, and quite a few complications, there were no hidden or added fees. I spoke with a few members of the team via email, phone and in person and everyone was always very kind and friendly.
