I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from JY Robertson. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing and distressing. During a difficult period of personal bereavement, I found their staff to be not only rude but also slow in processing any work. The lack of empathy and professionalism was both upsetting and uncalled for. Additionally, their email communication was highly unprofessional, which only added to the frustration. I would strongly advise against using their services, as my experience was nothing short of deplorable.
