After having the papers in his possession for 60 days, he only read them on the day of the move. He then found a technicality that delayed the sale of my house for over a month. I was left to pay for 2 houses.
Jerry is no help whats so ever ... informed us that the person buying our property wasn't able to move in on a certain date, which was a surprise to us because no one mentioned the date on the letter. Asked if they were still able to move in on the correct date provided and was told yes. This was a lie as the full sale of the property didn't happen until 8-10 weeks later. When buying a property Jerry became very abusive on the phone but not such a loud mouth when visiting the office to pay a fee to which Jerry previously said there is no fee until we bought a property
