Don’t know where to start from. Can’t emphasise enough how unprofessional this firm is. Gives himself five star reviews himself. Never ever available after he has made his money. Never replies to phone calls. comes to the court himself and gives out wrong information. Staff is equally highly unprofessional. If the choice is to give 0 stars would have done that. Just adding an answer to your feed back. Let me assure you as it’s not a malicious review. I have and the court does have a very solid proof that you were my solicitor. You have some courage to say it’s a malicious review and some courage to write a review for yourself giving yourself 5 stars.
Wouldn't recommend. John is a bit scatter brained and Bronwyn is hopeless. Do not let Bronwyn "defend" you. She seems to almost want to make sure you are convicted. She doesn't listen to you. She thinks she knows it all but she is clueless. There was things in my case that had context which completely changed the perspective on my case but Bronwyn wasn't prepared to listen; she "knew" better but she clearly didn't. Would never use this hopeless "defence" company again.

I cannot thank John enough for all his help with my case. I was arrested and assaulted and my previous lawyer convinced me to plead guilty to 2 assaults I didnt commit. I was on licence and sent to prison. I was given 8 months and looking at a further 24 but once I sacked my old lawyer and went with john he managed to get my release after 6 months and back with my family for Christmas. I would highly recommend john and I will definitely use his services in future if needed.
