    AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! - waste of time and unprofessional! originally handled a case for me 3/4 months ago, every time i was in court i had a different solicitor from the firm who was never update on the case, fast forward to last week, i had a warrant out for my arrest, never been arrested before, rang GLP to seek advise as it was to do with the original case they "helped' me on, told to go and hand my self in on thursday night and guaranteed me that someone will be at the court friday morning to meet me and get this sorted. So, go hand my self in, got to court friday morning, no one there from the GLP solicitors, court tries to call them from 9am in the morning and no reply, 2pm came and the staff advised me they manage to get hold of the GLP and someone is on there way, 3:55pm came and the staff advised me that the GLP solicitor wont be coming now and i could be kept over weekend because of this, i asked to represent my self and i got it sorted. I have waited a week before posting this review to see if anyone from GLP would contact and apologise for standing me up but no, nothing at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

    Too bad experience. I wanted to get a power of attorney. So, the office that answer client's calls never inform their solicitors about any clients updates or request. They just say okay we will but they never do. And that was so annoying cos I went to an appointment in a so far office from my home and because of their neglect, the appointment was postponed to another day after we arrived!!!. Also, I was so uncomfortable when I was talking to the solicitor, I felt like she has a noticeable problem and negative emotions towards my ethnicity and colour. This office is a failure from an organizational and social standpoint. I am happy that after the failure of the first appointment I received a news from the council that made me no longer in need of doing a power of attorney. I will never deal with them again.
