Friday 24th April 2020 Thompsons Family Law have taken it upon themselves to reply to reviews people have left, some dating back 2 years! The response I received is absolutely appalling for a Law Firm! (Shoddy and derogatory) Your response is totally false, your communications were appalling and you certainly didn't communicate every 4 weeks! You are also sharing peoples confidential information on cases in reply to your reviews which is totally unacceptable and is violation of privacy rights which I will be raising with a solicitor. If you read other reviews we all seem to have the same experience with your firm, so are you calling us all liars? And for the record I'm not a Madam either! Remove my personal case from your review asap, our details should not be shared!
