    Extremely Unprofessional !! Would not recommend this firm to anyone. At the start we were advised the case would take a matter of months. Still on going many years later and no progress what so ever. Dealt with Alana Turely, Terri MacWilliams and Hugh Trainor. I haven’t had many dealings with solicitors however it appears Alana is the most incompetent solicitor ever to come out of law school. Constantly missing deadlines which results in reports having to be repeated over and over again. Never returns calls and always has pathetic excuses blaming others for her failings. Terri MacWilliams does not seem interested in anything. Escalated to Huge Trainor which despite his promises has sadly not helped progress anything either. I have no option now but to refer the incompetence of this firm to the law society of scotland.
