    A very unprofessional. I rang them in urgent need of a public Notar and was asked what it was for. I explained it was for a client in Glasgow and that I was calling from Spain and it was a very urgent power of attorney. I was told I needed to speak to David Drain and could I call him at 3.00pm despite the fact every hour counted. I rang back and was told he was on a call could I call him back in 10 minutes and he would speak to me. I rang yet again 10 minutes later to be told he had now gone out could I call him tomorrow. When I said how unprofessional that was knowing how urgent it was I got a “well I’m sorry Mr Hughes” They clearly have no customer care! I then rang AS Wagner and it has been dealt with immediately and very professionally.
