   Somehow, gratefully, I ended up leaving a message with Beltrami after calling a long list of lawyers sent by the Legal Aid. I had no idea what I needed, or what to ask for. I was called back shortly after, even though it was clearly closing time. I spoke to Alan Gravelle who listened to everything I said, treated me with the utmost of respect, professionalism and compassion - despite knowing that I did not need a criminal defence lawyer. If this is the level of service given to someone who would not be a client - it only highlights the utmost professional care provided with their service. Thank you for your advice, and been human.

   I had the absolute pleasure of having Senior Solicitor, Alistair McGarvie and his trainee Solicitor Savannah Pal, deal with my case. Mr McGarvie was entirely professional during our initial meeting and subsequent conversations, by phone and email. He knew immediately what course of action to take, to resolve the five years of stress and worry I had endured. Trainee Solicitor Savannah was on point with all communication, between myself and the other party. I believe the ethos throughout the Firm/Company, is to listen carefully and attentively to the client. By doing this, everyone fully understands the situation and the resolution will present itself.    I had beltrami represent me a number of years ago. From the first telephone call to walking out of court a free man they where fantastic. Callum who worked for beltrami at the time took on my case, i met with callum and his boss Gary. What i will say is " if youre ever needing a solicitor no matter how big or small this law firm are the people to go and see". I was found acquitted and found not guilty at court, rightly so! Beltrami are the only law firm to use.

   Excellent communication right through the process. Original solicitor leaving many questions unanswerd. This left me with no confidence and left me stressed looking for better advice not knowing what to do. After the first phone call to Beltrami who were able to explain to me the position I found myself in and detail every potential outcome with no question unanswered willing to listen and understand how stressful the situation is.
