   He didn't discuss anything with my spouse, which makes him the worst lawyer ever. The £3000 you have to pay for him or his coworker to appear in court is all that matters to him. He persuaded my spouse to agree with him. We later discovered that we had made a grave mistake. Please take my advice and avoid seeing this lawyer. He did nothing but take £2500 from us.

   Utterly amazed. I knew from research and reviews that Richard Freeman had a reputation as the man to go to when faced with road traffic offences but you never truly believe that you will get to be one of those people writing a review with a happy ending too. After being arrested in my car with two charges; possession and drug driving, I was facing a criminal record, a long driving ban and a big fine which would have lead to other work consequences. I thought I had no chance of being acquitted and was resigned to just pleading guilty to get it over with. Richard looked at the case and immediately spotted multiple reasons as to why we should submit a not guilty plea with ‘no case to answer’. Hiring Richard to represent me in court was one of the single best decisions I’ve ever made. Obviously, the best part was walking out of court today after being fully acquitted. However, what was really amazing was witnessing his abilities in the court room that led to the acquittal. It was quite something to hear his sheer knowledge of the law, the articulation and his years of experience. I remember thinking, “well, if this guy can’t get us the result we want, no one can”. Richard is truly “Mr Technicality”, but he’s also a really great guy and I don’t know how I can ever repay him fully for giving me my life back against the odds. Thank you.

   Was originally with a lawyer who was just going through the motions and a year ban was a guarantee. After speaking with Richard’s team, he called me up and and we went through everything together, he heard me out and more importantly broke everything down and set out a course of action. Mr Mackay took point on my case and kept me updated at every point, They were able to turn a dire situation into a massive success story as what should have been a drug driving case, with a 1year ban got dropped and I effectively got a slap on the wrist with a position charge.These guys know the stuff through and through and I could not recommend anyone else, these are the go to guys. Big thanks to Karen and Caron who hold the fort down, always happy to answer any questions and will take everything on with no judgement. 10/10 all round

   Mr Freeman represented my son who crashed his car in a suicide attempt when he was 17 yrs old. He did a great job in convincing the Procurator Fiscal to reduce the charge from dangerous driving to careless driving and ensured that all mitigating circumstances and actions taken to turn his life around were put forward. My son was given a fine and 5 penalty points which meant he was allowed to keep his licence and I am very grateful for this. I highly recommend Mr Freeman and am so glad that we employed his services.
