   I engaged Wilson and Fish to assist me to finalise my aunt's intestate estate (no will). This was quite a complex matter as I am located in Canberra Australia and my aunt died in Glasgow Scotland. Donna and her team were fantastic keeping me informed of each step in the process, facilitating my appointment as executor, conducting a comprehensive assets search, engaging a genealogy team to identify the legal beneficiaries, managing probate and taxation matters, providing timely advice for all questions I asked, and finally settling the estate. The whole process was managed over email and registered post for certain documents.    Following the death of my Mother I deliberated about using a local solicitor or specialised company like W&F to wrap up the estate. I decided to engage W&F on there Full Estate Administration Service. Fiona was the assigned solicitor and was excellent throughout with all communication being clear and timely and always helpful when required. Not being local to W&F did not cause any issue providing you have a scanner, email, etc. There was only a couple of documents requiring wet signature and these were sent via recorded delivery. The estate administration was completed fully within 10 months and at the agreed cost, no extras added. The process was made painless by Fiona and the team. I was so impressed by the service I have now passed further legal work to them not relating to the estate. Thank you Fiona, team and W&F.
